2011 edition

About the compétition

The second edition of the Maxence Larrieu International Flute Competition took place from October 19th to 29th, 2011 at the “Conservatoire National à Rayonnement Régional Pierre Cochereau” in Nice.

The jury, presided over by Maxence Larrieu, consisted of:

The laureates

The laureates were accompanied during the final by the “Cannes Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur Regional Orchestra”, conducted by Philippe Bender.
Seiya Ueno and Irina Stachinskaya are now international soloists, Charlotte Bletton is the 2nd flute at the “Orchestre National d’Ile de France”, and Mathilde Calderini is the principal flutist of the “Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France”.
